Pre-Order The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 and Galaxy Z Flip3 on August 19

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 and Galaxy Z Flip3 were announced last week, and Samsung Malaysia today has revealed that these devices will be available for pre-order starting from 19 August to 21 September 2021, together with the Galaxy Buds2 and Galaxy Watch4 series.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 is the company’s latest fold device that supports S Pen for the first time in the series. It sports a 7.6-inch QXGA+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate and an under-display 4MP selfie camera.

The device has a 6.2-inch HD+ 120Hz Dynamic AMOLED 2X Cover Screen with a 10MP hole-punch selfie camera. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. In terms of camera, the phone comes with the same triple-camera setup as its predecessor — 12MP ultra-wide + 12MP main with Dual Pixel AF and OIS + 12MP telephoto with OIS.

The Galaxy Z Flip3 now comes with a larger 1.9-inch Super AMOLED cover display with a 260 x 512 resolution. It sports a 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity Flex Display and now gets an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate.

Powering the phone is the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The Galaxy Z Flip3 now comes with a dual-camera setup next to the cover display — 12MP ultra-wide + 12MP main with Dual Pixel AF and OIS. As for taking selfies, it has a 10MP front-facing camera.

The Galaxy Buds2 will retail for RM499, allowing more consumers to experience an immersive sound, with a comfortable all-day design, seamless connectivity, and powerful features. Each earbud comes with dynamic two-way speakers — a woofer and a tweeter. Each bud now comes with three microphones responsible for active noise cancellation. The Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Watch4 Classic come with plenty of new features and an entirely redesigned 3-in-1 sensor, gearing towards health-conscious people. The BioActive Sensor on the back measures PPG (a technique detecting volume and blood flow), ECG (heart rhythm), and BIA (method of assessing body composition).

The Galaxy Watch4 comes with a modern, sleek, and minimalist design, while the Galaxy Watch4 Active comes with a rotating bezel and stainless steel body.

The Galaxy Watch4 is available in 44mm (1.36” screen) and 40mm (1.19” screen) sizes, while the Galaxy Watch4 Classic gets 46mm and 42mm options while keeping the same screen diameters.
