Samsung Art Store Adds 34 Louvre Masterpieces, Including Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa

Samsung has announced the addition of 34 new artworks from the Louvre to its Samsung Art Store, giving users worldwide access to a total of 51 masterpieces from one of the world’s most renowned museums.

Among the newly available works is Leonardo da Vinci’s iconic Mona Lisa, alongside other celebrated pieces including Eugène Delacroix’s Liberty Leading the People, Paolo Veronese’s The Wedding Feast at Cana and Jean-Auguste-Dominique Ingres’ La Grande Odalisque.

The expanded collection also features works from renowned European artists such as Caravaggio and Jacques-Louis David, as well as French Neoclassical and Academic paintings. These include Dominique Papety’s Greek Women at the Fountain and Nicolas Poussin’s Orpheus and Eurydice, further expanding the range of artworks available through Samsung’s digital gallery.

The addition of the Louvre collection further expands Samsung Art Store’s portfolio of artworks from major museums and cultural institutions. Through compatible Samsung Art TVs and displays, users can discover and display works from the Louvre in their homes.

Samsung Art Store provides subscribers with access to a curated selection of more than 5,000 artworks from museums and artists around the world. The service is available on Samsung Art TVs, including The Frame, allowing users to transform their display into a digital art gallery when it is not being used for other content.
