Atlantis Automobili Sdn. Bhd., an associate company of Atlantis Motor Group, has been appointed the official importer and distributor of Maserati in Malaysia, effective 19 May 2026.
The appointment marks a new chapter for the Italian luxury automotive brand in Malaysia, with Atlantis Automobili taking responsibility for Maserati’s local sales, aftersales, customer experience, brand development, and network operations.
According to Atlantis Automobili, ensuring a seamless transition and maintaining customer confidence will remain a key priority, with existing Maserati owners continuing to receive aftersales support and customer care during the transition. Dedicated communication channels will also be made available to assist customers with enquiries and provide updates.
Atlantis Automobili is part of Atlantis Motor Group, a regional automotive group with experience across the automotive value chain. The company said its focus will be on delivering an ownership experience that reflects the standards and heritage associated with Maserati.
As part of its long-term plans for the Malaysian market, Atlantis Automobili is preparing strategic investments and enhancements aimed at strengthening Maserati’s local presence. Further details regarding new facilities, customer initiatives and other developments will be announced at a later date.
The company also plans to introduce Maserati’s future product portfolio to Malaysian customers, while placing greater emphasis on ownership experience, aftersales service and engagement with the local Maserati community.
The Italian brand’s current global line-up includes the Grecale SUV, GranTurismo and GranCabrio, alongside the electric Grecale Folgore, GranTurismo Folgore and GranCabrio Folgore. The brand’s performance-focused range includes the MCPURA coupe, MCPURA Cielo convertible and GT2 Stradale, while the limited-production MCXtrema is designed exclusively for track use.
