BMW Malaysia has come up with its latest solution for contactless customer service, called the Door-to-door service. This initiation is a collaboration between both BMW Malaysia and Allianz Worldwide Partners, aimed to further enhance the BMW premium ownership experience.
BMW Malaysia states this is a natural progression for them as they want to provide exceptional customer service. Not only will the service be contactless, but it also improves convenience by integrating their premium services into the customer’s daily routine.
Customers can request and receive vehicle service from their dealer of choice without leaving the house. A BMW service provider will collect the customer’s vehicle from their home and return it once it is done with servicing.
Besides that, Door-to-Door service allows customers to arrange for doorstep delivery of their new BMW or MINI directly from their desired dealership.
The partnership with Allianz Worldwide Partners made certain that Door-to-Door service will give BMW and MINI customers a much-needed peace of mind during these difficult times during the pandemic as they have extensive network coverage across Malaysia, efficient lead times, as well as strict enforcement of COVID-19 safety measures to protect the customer.
