Besides the Galaxy S25 FE, Samsung today also announced the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S11, delivering its most intelligent and advanced tablet experience yet. Powered by the latest Galaxy AI, now enhanced with One UI 8 and new multimodal capabilities, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra stands out as the thinnest Galaxy Tab to date. It goes beyond a slim form factor, showing what a truly premium tablet can be without compromising performance.
Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra
The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra measures just 5.1mm thin and weighs 692g (Wi-Fi) or 695g (5G). It features a massive 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 2,960 x 1,848 px resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 1,600 nits peak brightness, and an anti-reflection coating for improved visibility.
It is powered by the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor, paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of storage. The tablet also comes with IP68 water and dust resistance, a 13MP + 8MP ultra-wide rear camera setup, and a 12MP ultra-wide front camera.
The Ultra packs an 11,600mAh battery with 45W fast charging, runs on One UI 8 (Android 16), and introduces upgraded Samsung DeX with Extended Mode (secondary display) and support for up to four workspaces. Advanced AI features optimized for the large screen include Gemini Live, Writing Assist, Drawing Assist, and Galaxy AI as a movable overlay.
A redesigned S Pen with a better grip and silicone nib comes in the box, now charging through the top of the tablet, alongside a bundled keyboard.
Galaxy Tab S11
The slimmer and lighter Galaxy Tab S11 measures 5.5mm thin and weighs 469g (Wi-Fi) or 471g (5G). It has an 11-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 2,560 x 1,600 px resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 1,600 nits peak brightness (without the anti-reflection coating of the Ultra).
It shares the same 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor, 12GB RAM, and 256GB storage, along with IP68 water and dust resistance. The camera setup includes a 13MP rear camera and a 12MP ultra-wide front camera, while the 8,400mAh battery supports 45W fast charging.
Like the Ultra, it runs One UI 8 with Galaxy AI and the upgraded Samsung DeX. AI tools such as Gemini Live, Writing Assist, and Drawing Assist are also supported, with Galaxy AI available as a movable overlay. The redesigned S Pen and an in-box keyboard are included.
Pricing and Availability
The Galaxy Tab S11 series will be available in Malaysia starting 19 September 2025, offered in Gray and Silver.
