OPPO Reno6 Pro Officially Launched in Malaysia

OPPO Malaysia has officially launched the latest Reno6 series device — the OPPO Reno6 Pro, joining the Reno6 Z and Reno6 that were launched earlier this month. In case you didn’t know, the local variant of Reno6 Pro is actually the same as the Chinese version Reno6 Pro+.

The OPPO Reno6 Pro sports a 6.55-inch Full HD+ 90Hz AMOLED curved display covered by a Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Powering the phone is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor with 12GB RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.

Like other Reno6 series devices, the OPPO Reno6 Pro also comes with the Reno Glow body design. It comes with a quad-camera setup on the back — a 13MP telephoto lens with 5x hybrid zoom + 50MP Sony IMX766 main with OIS + 16MP ultra-wide lens + 2MP macro lens. The phone also comes with a 32MP front-facing camera for taking selfies.

Additionally, the Reno6 Pro also comes with a series of AI-enhanced portrait video features such as Bokeh Flare Portrait Video, AI Highlight Video, and Focus Tracking.

The phone packs a 4,500mAh battery that supports 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 flash charging, which can achieve 100% full charge in just 31 minutes. It also comes with the X-axis linear motor, which provides better haptic feedback. The OPPO Reno6 Pro runs on ColorOS 11.3 based on Android 11 out of the box.

Retailing at RM2,999, the OPPO Reno6 Pro is now available for pre-order until 23rd August 2021 via Lazada, OPPO Stores, and OPPO Brand Stores. Color options are Arctic Blue and Lunar Grey. Each pre-order will receive up to RM1,099 worth in free gifts, including a pair of the newly-launched Enco Air TWS earbuds, a Marshall backpack, 1TB Hey Tap Cloud Storage, OPPO Care one-year screen protection, and more.

OPPO will also offer a PWP deal available exclusively on Lazada that allows buyers of the OPPO Reno6 Pro to purchase the OPPO Enco Buds at just RM1 and the OPPO Enco Air at RM29. In addition to that, Standard Chartered credit card users can get up to RM100 off.
