GIGABYTE has unveiled its latest AI-powered gaming laptop lineup at COMPUTEX 2026, showcasing several award-winning models alongside major upgrades to its proprietary GiMATE AI assistant. The new range includes the flagship AORUS MASTER 16, the versatile GIGABYTE AERO X16, the Copilot+ PC, and the GIGABYTE GAMING A16 PRO, all designed to deliver enhanced gaming, content creation, and AI computing experiences.
At the center of GIGABYTE’s latest innovations is the upgraded GiMATE AI assistant, which introduces a range of new features to simplify system management and personalize the user experience. Among the updates is RGB Fusion 3.0 with a new RGB Music Mode that synchronizes keyboard lighting effects with gameplay and multimedia content in real time. The AI Visual feature automatically adjusts display settings based on different scenarios, offering presets tailored for activities such as watching movies, gaming, and reading. GIGABYTE has also refined the Customize Mode, allowing users to fine-tune performance and power consumption according to their specific needs.
Working closely with NVIDIA, GIGABYTE has introduced GiMATE Creator, which utilizes NVIDIA’s NVFP4 quantization technology to improve generative AI efficiency on GeForce RTX 50 Series Laptop GPUs. This enables AI workloads to run faster while reducing resource demands, making advanced AI applications more accessible for users.
Leading the lineup is the AORUS MASTER 16, which received the COMPUTEX 2026 Best Choice Award. The laptop is powered by the AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU, delivering top-tier gaming performance and AI capabilities. Despite its powerful hardware, the device maintains a slim 19mm profile and supports the complete GiMATE feature set, including a MUX Switch for direct GPU connectivity. To ensure consistent performance during intensive workloads, GIGABYTE equips the laptop with its WINDFORCE INFINITY EX cooling system, capable of handling up to 230W of total system power while maintaining low noise levels.
Also featured at the event is the GIGABYTE AERO X16, which earned a Red Dot Design Award for its design excellence. As a Copilot+ PC, it combines an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU with 12GB of VRAM, offering improved visual quality in modern AAA games through DLSS 4.5 while also accelerating AI workloads and large language model processing.
Rounding out the lineup is the GIGABYTE GAMING A16 PRO, designed for gamers who also demand strong AI performance. Equipped with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Laptop GPU, the laptop packs powerful hardware into a slim 19.45mm chassis. It also features a 180-degree lay-flat hinge, allowing users to transition easily between gaming, content creation, and collaborative work scenarios while benefiting from enhanced sustained performance.
