The car is based on the same front-wheel-drive architecture (FAAR) as the latest F40 1 Series. It is powered by a B38 1.5-liter turbocharged three-cylinder petrol engine, producing 140PS (138hp) from 4,600rpm to 6,500rpm and 220Nm of torque from 1,480rpm to 4,200rpm. Thanks to the seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, the car is able to hit zero to 100km/h in 8.7 seconds with the top speed of 215km/h.
