BMW 430i Coupé M Sport Officially Unveiled in Malaysia

BMW Malaysia today has officially unveiled the G22 BMW 430i Coupé M Sport, making it the latest BMW coupé car to be available in Malaysia.

The new 430i Coupé M Sport comes with the vertically-emphasized kidney grilles that extend down almost to the lower edge of the front apron, which is the company’s latest design language. Compared to its predecessor, the car measures slightly larger at 4,768mm in length (+130), 1,852mm in width (+27), 1,383mm in height (+6), and 2,851 mm in wheelbase (+41).

The BMW 430i Coupé M Sport is powered by a BMW TwinTurbo 4-cylinder petrol engine, which combines a twin-scroll turbocharger with Valvetronic, Double VANOS, and High-Precision Injection. The car comes with a maximum output of 258hp and 400Nm of torque, 0 to 100km/h will take just 5.8 seconds with a top speed of 258km/h.

The car has an upgraded 8-speed Steptronic Sport Transmission with improved efficiency resulting in fuel consumption of 6.6 liters per 100km of travel, and CO 2 emissions of 151 g per kilometer of travel.

It comes with control systems such as ARB technology (actuator contiguous wheel slip limitation), which enables significantly faster and more sensitive wheel slip control. Since it’s an M Sport car, no surprise that the car has M-specific equipment such as the M leather steering wheel with Variable Sport Steering, M Sport suspension, M Sport brakes, M-specific pedals, and M-specific stripes adorn the safety belts for both front and rear seats.

Additionally, the BMW 430i Coupé M Sport comes standard with Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), including Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), Cornering Brake Control (CBC), Dynamic Brake Control (DBC), and Antilock Braking System (ABS) with Brake Assist to provide a complete package in advanced driving dynamics.

The car features BMW Live Cockpit Professional with a fully digital 12.3” instrument display along with BMW Navigation System Professional with a 10.25” touch-sensitive display. It has a 16-speaker Harman Kardon Surround Sound System for your in-car entertainment.

Other driving assistance systems include Speed Limit Assist, Cross-traffic Warning, Rear Collision Prevention, and
Approach Control Warning, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Change Warning, and front collision warning with brake intervention. It also comes with Parking Assistant with a rear-view camera and Reversing Assistant, which continuously records the last 50 meters of driving (when driven slowly, at speeds of up to 35 km/h) and automatically reverses back the exact same way.

The BMW 430i Coupé M Sport is available in Arctic Race Blue Metallic, Portimao Blue, Alpine White, and Black Sapphire. Leather Vernasca upholstery with black décor stitching decorates the interior and comes in Black, Tacora Red, or Cognac.

Retailing at RM454,800.00, the BMW 430i Coupé M Sport can be owned with a monthly installment plan starting
