ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) Malaysia has officially unveiled its latest 2026 gaming laptop lineup, introducing the all-new ROG Zephyrus Duo alongside refreshed ROG Strix SCAR 18, Strix G16, and Strix G18 models. Powered by the latest Intel Core Ultra processors and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPUs, the new lineup is designed to deliver flagship gaming performance while catering to creators and AI professionals alike.
ROG Zephyrus Duo (2026)
Leading the announcement is the new ROG Zephyrus Duo (2026), which ASUS claims is the world’s first 16-inch dual-screen OLED gaming laptop. It features two 3K ROG Nebula HDR OLED touchscreens that combine to provide over 21 inches of total display space, making multitasking, streaming, content creation, and gaming more immersive than ever.
Both displays support a 120Hz refresh rate, a fast 0.2ms response time, and NVIDIA G-SYNC on the primary panel for smooth gameplay. The screens also deliver up to 1,100 nits peak brightness, VESA DisplayHDR True Black 1000 certification, full DCI-P3 colour coverage, and professional-grade colour accuracy, making the laptop equally suitable for creative workflows.
Complementing the Zephyrus Duo’s dual-screen design is a detachable magnetic keyboard that can be used either as a conventional laptop keyboard or wirelessly via Bluetooth. Despite its slim profile, it retains 1.7mm key travel for a comfortable typing experience, while the enlarged touchpad provides improved navigation regardless of the operating mode.
ROG Strix SCAR 18 (2026)

For gamers seeking uncompromising performance, the ROG Strix SCAR 18 (2026) sits at the top of the lineup. Equipped with up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU, ASUS positions the laptop as a desktop replacement capable of handling demanding AAA games, professional content creation, software development, and AI workloads.
The system supports up to 320W total system power, a significant increase over the previous generation, allowing both the CPU and GPU to sustain higher performance. Combined with NVIDIA DLSS 4 and Multi-Frame Generation technologies, the Strix SCAR 18 promises higher frame rates across modern titles while accelerating GPU-intensive creative applications.
ROG Strix G16 & G18 (2026)

Meanwhile, the refreshed ROG Strix G16 and Strix G18 are aimed at gamers and creators looking for high-end performance without stepping into flagship pricing. Both models feature Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus processors and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Laptop GPUs, enabling high-refresh-rate gaming, ray tracing, and AI-enhanced graphics performance.
ASUS has also equipped the new Strix series with its latest ROG Nebula displays, upgraded cooling system, and a tool-less chassis design, allowing users to access and upgrade internal components more easily.
