ASUS Malaysia has officially introduced the ASUS TUF Gaming A14 (2026) FA401EA, a compact yet powerful gaming laptop that marks the first model in the TUF Gaming lineup to feature the next-generation AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 392 processor. Designed with portability in mind, the laptop comes in a lightweight 14-inch chassis while still delivering strong performance for gaming and multitasking.

At the core of the device is the Ryzen AI Max+ 392 paired with integrated Radeon 8060S Graphics. The processor packs 12 CPU cores, and a GPU with 40 compute units, alongside a dedicated NPU capable of delivering up to 50 TOPS of AI performance. This architecture allows the system to handle demanding tasks efficiently, including running large language models locally. Thanks to its chiplet design, both CPU and GPU share a unified memory pool, allowing resources to be dynamically allocated depending on the workload.

This setup enables the TUF Gaming A14 to comfortably run modern AAA and esports titles while simultaneously handling background applications such as streaming software or communication tools.
The laptop also leverages AMD Ryzen AI to support various on-device AI features. With the built-in NPU, users can perform tasks such as hand gesture detection, eye gaze correction, and utilize Microsoft Copilot capabilities like email summarization locally, reducing reliance on cloud processing while improving efficiency and response times.

For memory and storage, the TUF Gaming A14 is equipped with quad-channel LPDDR5X memory and includes two M.2 2280 SSD slots, allowing users to expand storage for larger game libraries or creative workloads. The laptop also supports USB Power Delivery through USB Type-C, enabling convenient charging with compatible chargers while on the move.

The ASUS TUF Gaming A14 (2026) FA401EA is now available in Malaysia through ASUS authorized resellers, with a retail price of RM7,599.
