Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 Officially Announced

When it comes to near bezel-less smartphone, Xiaomi was one of the companies to make it first. Introducing the Xiaomi Mi MIX 3, Xiaomi’s third iteration of the near bezel-less smartphone.

The Mi MIX 3 has a screen-to-body ratio of 93.4%. Unlike the OPPO Find X, it uses a magnetic slider to reveal the 24MP + 2MP front cameras when sliding out. Additionally, it also comes with 960fps super slow-mo video recording, which also has auto background music. The phone supports 10W wireless charging and there will also be a 5G version.

For the first time, Xiaomi added a dedicated AI button to the left side of the phone. Users can wake the Xiao Ai voice assistant by holding the AI button and customize one-click and double-click to perform different functions. Xiao Ai can now understand seven Chinese dialects and can automatically adjust its loudness according to a user’s voice.

The Mi MIX 3 will be available in Jade Green, Sapphire Blue, and Onyx Black through online and offline channels in China, with 6GB + 128GB for RMB 3,299, 8GB +128G for RMB 3,599, and 8GB + 256GB for RMB 3,999. The 10GB + 256GB Mi MIX 3 Palace Museum Edition is priced at RMB 4,999. Availability in other markets will be announced closer to local launch dates.
