vivo X500 Series Launched in Malaysia, Priced from RM4,699
vivo Malaysia has officially launched the vivo X500 Series, comprising the vivo X500 Pro Max, vivo X500 Pro and vivo X500. Developed in collaboration with ZEISS, the new flagship lineup focuses on advanced photography and videography, larger batteries and improved AI-powered features.
The vivo X500 Series is now available in Malaysia, with prices starting from RM4,699. Customers can enjoy early bird promotions until 2 November 2026, featuring exclusive rewards worth over RM4,700 and a chance to win tickets to Jay Chou’s “Carnival II” World Tour 2027 through a lucky draw.
The vivo X500 Pro Max leads the lineup with a 200MP ZEISS APO Telephoto Camera featuring a 1/1.4-inch HP0 Ultra-Sensing Sensor, an 85mm equivalent focal length and CIPA 7.0 Professional Stabilisation. It also supports the optional 400mm equivalent vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra for capturing distant subjects, alongside 30x Long-Range Motion Snapshot and AF Tracking at up to 60fps.
For video recording, the Pro Max supports 4K 120fps Pro AF Tracking Video, 4K Dolby Vision Portrait Video and native 4K 240fps High Frame Rate Video. Its Stage Mode 3.0 introduces features such as Auto Framing Fancam Video and 4K Dual-View Stage Video for capturing concert performances.
The vivo X500 Pro features an 85mm equivalent ZEISS APO Telephoto Camera with a 64MP vivo x Sony LYTIA 610 sensor, ZEISS T* Coating and support for 20x Long-Range Motion Snapshot. Meanwhile, the standard vivo X500 combines a 72mm equivalent ZEISS APO Telephoto Camera with a 50MP 1/1.28-inch main camera. It also introduces Cinematic Portrait and vivo Color Palette for more creative portrait photography.
All three models support advanced video features, including Multi-Focal 4K 120fps High-Spec Video and 4K Cinematic Color Video. The Pro Max and Pro models additionally feature a ZEISS TrueDynamic Main Camera with Cinematic Pro Log Video for greater flexibility during post-production.
The vivo X500 Series is also the first smartphone lineup in Malaysia to feature OriginOS 7. The operating system introduces improved multitasking, AI-powered tools, personalised interfaces and enhanced connectivity with Apple devices. Features include Quick Share with AirDrop interoperability, AI Recorder smart summaries and Jovi PC for connecting vivo smartphones to Mac computers.
In terms of performance, the vivo X500 Pro Max and X500 Pro are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro, built on TSMC’s 2nm process, while the vivo X500 runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9600M.
Battery capacity is another highlight, with the Pro Max featuring a 7,800mAh battery, the X500 Pro packing a 6,510mAh battery and the standard X500 carrying a 7,500mAh battery. All models support 90W wired FlashCharge and 40W wireless FlashCharge.
For displays, the vivo X500 Pro Max features a 6.85-inch 2K ZEISS Master Color Display, while the X500 Pro has a 6.36-inch display and the X500 comes with a 6.59-inch display. The series also offers up to 2,000 nits of global peak brightness, IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance, 3D Ultrasonic Fingerprint Scanning, USB 3.2 and an infrared blaster.
The vivo X500 Pro Max and Pro are available in Moonlit Black, Starry Gray and Sunset Orange, while the standard X500 comes in Dusk Black, Sunny White and Starry Gray.

The vivo X500 Series is available in Malaysia starting from RM4,699. Customers who pre-order by 2 November 2026 can enjoy early bird rewards worth over RM4,700, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
The vivo X500 Pro Max is available for pre-order with prices starting from RM6,099, reduced from its recommended retail price of RM6,399. Instalment payments start from RM249.96 per month over 24 months.
Customers who want the 400mm telephoto photography setup can opt for the Telephoto Kit, which includes the vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra. The kit is priced at RM6,998, compared with its recommended retail price of RM7,998, or RM287.42 per month over 24 months.
Pre-order customers can also receive free gifts worth RM598, comprising an AI Face Tracking Selfie Tripod, Magnetic Wireless Microphone and vivo Buds Pro. Additional vivo Care benefits include a two-year warranty and a one-year international warranty with lens protection.
