vivo has officially launched the vivo X300 Series in Malaysia, featuring two models — the vivo X300 and vivo X300 Pro. Both devices are powered by the new MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and bring significant improvements in camera performance, display quality, and overall user experience.
vivo X300 Pro
The vivo X300 Pro comes equipped with a Zeiss triple rear camera system, led by a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor with gimbal OIS, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide camera, and a 200MP Samsung HPB telephoto lens. On the front, it houses a 50MP JN1 selfie camera. The phone sports a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision support, along with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. Powering it is a 6,510mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. Other features include dual stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 6.0, USB-C 3.2, IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance, and Android 16-based OriginOS 6.
vivo X300
As for the vivo X300, it sports a slightly smaller 6.31-inch 8T LTPO display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a versatile triple camera setup comprising a 200MP main sensor, 50MP telephoto lens, and 50MP ultra-wide camera. It also runs on the Dimensity 9500 chip with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The device packs a 6,040mAh battery that supports 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, all in a slim 7.95mm body weighing 190g. Like the Pro, it includes IP68/IP69 certification, an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
Availability
The vivo X300 (12GB + 256GB) is priced from RM3,599, while the vivo X300 Pro (16GB + 512GB) retails from RM4,699. Pre-orders are available from now until 21 November 2025 at all vivo Concept Stores and online via vivo.com/my.
