vivo launched the V17 Pro in Malaysia earlier this month, and it’s time for the flagship launch. The vivo NEX 3 is set to launch in Malaysia on October 17.
The NEX 3 is possibly the first 5G phone to launch in Malaysia. It sports a 6.89-inch Full HD+ POLED “waterfall” display, which means there are no side bezels. Like the V17 Pro, the NEX 3 has an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Powering the phone is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+, which has a higher clock speed than the normal Snapdragon 855. The phone has up to 12GB RAM and 256GB UFS 3.0 storage.
In terms of camera, the NEX 3 has triple-camera setup on the back — 64MP f/1.8 main + 13MP ultra-wide + 13MP telephoto. Like the first NEX phone, it has an elevating front camera, though now it’s a 16MP unit with LED flash.
The NEX 3 also packs a 4,500mAh battery and supports 22.5W vivo FlashCharge. The phone runs on Funtouch OS 9.1 based on Android 9. Stay tuned for information like the pricing and availability as we will be attending the launch.
