Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE+, enhancing its premium tablet lineup with advanced productivity, creativity, and entertainment features. These new models offer larger displays, improved AI capabilities, and a more refined design, providing a seamless experience for students, professionals, and everyday users.
The Galaxy Tab S10 FE maintains a 10.9-inch screen but is now 4% lighter, weighing just 497g compared to its predecessor’s 523g. The larger Tab S10 FE+ features a 13.1-inch display, offering nearly 12% more screen area than the previous 12.4-inch model. While the FE+ is bigger than the 12.4-inch Tab S10+, it doesn’t match the 14.6-inch Tab S10 Ultra size. Due to the larger display, the FE+ weighs slightly more at 664g, up from 627g. Both tablets are slimmer than last year’s models, measuring just 6.0mm thick, down from 6.5mm, without sacrificing battery capacity.
Both tablets feature 90Hz LCD panels with an 800-nit high brightness mode. Samsung offers accessories like an anti-reflective screen protector, a smart book cover, and two keyboard options. An S Pen is included in the box, though it lacks Bluetooth functionality, similar to the Tab S9 FE series.
Under the hood, the new FE tablets are powered by the Exynos 1580, the same chipset found in the Galaxy A56. This marks a significant upgrade from the Tab S9 FE’s Exynos 1380, introducing ARMv9 cores and improved AMD RDNA 3 graphics. Buyers can choose between 8GB/128GB or 12GB/256GB configurations, with expandable storage via microSD (up to 2TB). Both models support Galaxy AI features, including Circle to Search with S Pen integration, Solve Math for handwritten equations, and Handwriting Help for note organization. Additional AI tools like Object Eraser, Best Face, and Auto Trim enhance photo and video editing. The tablets also come preloaded with apps like LumaFusion, Goodnotes, and Clip Studio Paint.
Durability is a strong point, with both tablets boasting an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance—a rare feature in tablets. They also include stereo speakers and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The Tab S10 FE packs an 8,000mAh battery, while the FE+ has a larger 10,090mAh cell, both supporting 45W fast charging (though a charger isn’t included).
For cameras, the front retains a 12MP ultra-wide lens, but the rear now has a single 13MP sensor, dropping the ultra-wide camera found on the Tab S9 FE+. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and optional 5G (sub-6GHz) with dual-SIM support (physical nano-SIM + eSIM).
The Galaxy Tab S10 FE and FE+ will be available in Gray, Silver, and Blue. Pricing and availability in Malaysia have yet to be announced, so stay tuned for updates.
