Samsung Galaxy A12 and A02s Now Available in Malaysia

The Samsung Galaxy A12 and A02s are Samsung Malaysia’s latest additions to the Galaxy A series family. Both the A12 and A02s stayed with the ethos of Samsung’s Galaxy A Series lineup, which is “delivering awesome innovation in an affordable package”. Both devices are equipped with a large immersive display, coupled with a versatile range of cameras to capture any moments that matter, along with a long-lasting battery.

Samsung gave both the Galaxy A12 and the A02s a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V Display, which boasts vivid and sharp visuals for an immersive experience. In addition to that, both devices also feature Dolby Atmos which will kick immersion up a notch. To complement the immersion further, the long-lasting 5,000mAh battery will ensure that binge-watching for hours will not be an issue.

The Galaxy A12 and A02s are also made to perform smoothly even as both devices come with an advanced Octa-Core processor of up to 6GB RAM (128GB internal storage) and 4GB RAM (64GB internal storage) respectively. Furthermore, both devices have MicroSD support of up to 1TB if needed.

As for the lenses, both devices come equipped with a powerful but different array of cameras. The Galaxy A12 comes with a quad rear camera setup which includes the main camera, an ultrawide lens, a depth of field lens, and a macro lens. They are 48-megapixel, 5-megapixel with 123 degrees of viewing angle, 2-megapixel and 8-megapixel lenses, respectively.

On the other hand, the A02s features a triple rear camera setup which includes a 13-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel Macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth camera. There is also a 5-megapixel selfie camera on the front.

As for the exterior design on the phone, both devices come with a unique finish that features a haze and matte effect on the back of the phone. The edges on both phones are also smooth and curved, making them easily fit in the hand.

The pricing for the Galaxy A12 comes in at RM799 and is available either in black or blue. The Galaxy A02s will retail at RM529, available either in black or blue.
