POCO F4 GT Officially Launched with POCO’s First AIoT Products

POCO has officially launched its latest flagship POCO F4 GT smartphone alongside POCO Buds Pro Genshin Impact Edition and POCO Watch — the brand’s first-ever AIoT products.

POCO F4 GT

The POCO F4 GT is powered by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. Backed by a sophisticated LiquidCool Technology 3.0, the 4,860mm² dual VC cooling system ensures the phone stays cool while running intensive games. It sports a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED 120Hz refresh rate display that supports HDR10+.

Being a gaming phone, the POCO F4 GT features magnetic pop-up triggers that are able to handle 1.5 million times press. The phone also comes with one of the best linear motors available on an Android smartphone and offers more ranges of vibration.

In terms of camera, the POCO F4 GT has two Sony image sensors. The one on the back is a 64MP IMX686 sensor accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a flicker sensor. Another Sony sensor is a 20MP IMX596 front camera for taking selfies.

The phone packs a 4,700mAh battery that supports a 120W HyperCharge system. POCO claims that the phone can be fully charged in just 17 minutes. POCO also includes an angled USB-C cable for you to be more comfortable while holding the phone horizontally.

Available in Stealth Black, Knight Silver, and Cyber Yellow, the POCO F4 GT also has RGB backlighting on the back for notifications, battery charging indicator, and Game Turbo mode.

POCO Buds Pro Genshin Impact Edition

The POCO Buds Pro Genshin Impact Edition is specially designed for Genshin Impact fans. Being one of POCO’s first AIoT products, the earbuds use artificial intelligence to automatically adjust noise cancellation settings based on the surrounding noise level and the user’s daily routine.

The earbuds come with a 9mm composite dynamic driver that guarantees the user gets access to both sound processing at the most professional level, and the most authentic and detailed sound. It is also IPX4 water-resistant, preventing damage from rain, sweat, and splashes.

The charging case can last up to 28 hours, and the buds can be charged within 10 minutes. And the charging case, which can also be charged wirelessly, while the earbuds are able to do the same in about an hour. The earbuds can also connect to two devices, allowing users to seamlessly transition between sources. This means switching between a smartphone and a laptop to join a meeting has never been easier.

POCO Watch

The POCO Watch is the brand’s first-ever watch that is available in a variety of distinct colors. It has a 1.6-inch AMOLED touch display and an ultra-slim bezel lights up the screen in stunning clarity. Wearers can also stand out with more than 100 customizable watch faces. POCO Watch is more than just a fashion statement, however; it’s all about health and fitness.

To better track your fitness progress, for example, your vitals on trail runs or capturing the moment you summit a mountain, the Multi system GPS offers greater accuracy while using one of the more than 100 exercise modes that come installed on the POCO Watch. It can also detect when a user is doing a variety of activities from running on a treadmill to taking a walk outside. In conjunction with sleep monitoring function, POCO Watch monitors blood oxygen levels during sleep. Along with these functions, users can learn how best to adjust their routine for their lifestyle by POCO Watch.

POCO Watch does all this, powered by a battery that can last up to 14 days. That means it can handle all the box jumps, laps around the park, or afternoon naps. When POCO Watch’s battery runs low, simply plug it into the easy-to-carry magnetic charger and be ready for the next adventure.

Pricing and Availability

The POCO F4 GT will be available from April 28 and will come in two variants — RM2,299 for the 8GB+128GB variant and RM2,499 for the 12GB+256GB variant. Those interested can purchase the devices at official POCO stores on Shopee and Lazada.

For a limited time from April 28, POCO F4 GT will be available for purchase at an early bird price of RM1,999 and RM2,199 respectively for two variants.
