OnePlus 7T Officially Announced with 90Hz Screen

The OnePlus 7T is finally here! Nope, this is not the successor of the OnePlus 7 Pro, but more towards the 7, which isn’t available in Malaysia officially.

The 7T is just a little bit smaller than the 7 Pro, which has a 6.55-inch Full HD+ AMOLED fluid display with the teardrop notch. The display has a responsive 90Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ certification, combining with the brightness of up to 1,000 nits, making the phone feels smoother and visible under direct sunlight. The phone has the 4th generation matte-frosted glass material on its back, available in Frosted Silver and Glacier Blue.

Powering the phone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ processor with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.0 storage. The phone also gets the dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos tech from the 7 Pro.

In terms of camera, the 7T packs a triple-camera setup on the back — 48MP f/1.6 Sony IMX586 + 12MP 2x telephoto lens + 16MP 117° ultra-wide lens. The phone now supports Macro Mode, which lets you capture the subject with a focus distance of 2.5cm. Selfie wise, there’s a 16MP f/2.0 front-facing shooter.

The phone has a 3,800mAh battery and now supports Warp Charge 30T, which claims able to fill up the phone within one hour, 23% quicker than Warp Charge 30, thanks to a more constant charging speed. It runs on OxygenOS 10 based on Android 10.

The OnePlus 7T retails at $599. Unfortunately, the launching date and pricing in Malaysia are yet to be revealed.
