OnePlus has officially launched its latest smartphone — the OnePlus 10T 5G, alongside OxygenOS 13. The 10T looks pretty much like the 10 Pro announced a few months ago, which has a rather unique back design that blends the side frame to the camera bump.

The OnePlus 10T 5G sports a 6.7-inch Full HD+ 120Hz Fluid AMOLED display. Its display is also HDR10+ certified and has native support for 10-bit color for a richer and more realistic viewing experience. Powering the phone is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 with up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.

Unlike many OnePlus phones, the 10T doesn’t have an alert slider. According to OnePlus, the alert slider was simply too big to fit on the OnePlus 10T, and ditching it was necessary to make enough internal space for other components like “high wattage charging, a large battery capacity, and better antenna signal.”

The OnePlus 10T 5G features a total of 15 antennas that provide users with stronger Wi-Fi and cellular signals, no matter which orientation they are using the device. The Smart Link feature works in tandem with the phone’s antenna system to improve upload signals and speed, particularly in areas with high levels of network congestion.

In terms of camera, the OnePlus 10T 5G doesn’t have the Hasselblad branding like on the 10 Pro. The phone packs a triple-camera setup on the back — a 50MP Sony IMX766 main with OIS + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro. According to OnePlus, the reason behind skipping the Hasselblad branding is because the company “wanted to offer an ultimate performance flagship smartphone at the device’s chosen price point.” The phone also has a 32MP hole-punch front camera for taking selfies.

The OnePlus 10T 5G has a 4,800mAh battery which also supports 150W SUPERVOOC Endurance Edition. The 150W SUPERVOOC Endurance Edition delivers up to a day’s power after just 10 minutes of charging, with a full charge from 1-100% taking only 19 minutes.

The phone runs on OxygenOS 12.1 based on Android 12 and will receive three major Android updates alongside four years of security updates. It will be available in Malaysia starting from 1st September, while the price will be announced on 18th August.

Additionally, OnePlus has also announced OxygenOS 13. OxygenOS 13 delivers OnePlus’ signature fast and smooth software experience with a stellar Aquamorphic design, enhanced safety, and by taking some of the OnePlus community’s most adored features even further. The latest version of OxygenOS brings an upgraded experience across the board – including improved customization, gaming, and connectivity.

OxygenOS 13 will launch first on the OnePlus 10 Pro, followed by the OnePlus 10T 5G later this year. Other OnePlus devices that will receive OxygenOS 13 include the OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro, OnePlus 8T, OnePlus 9, OnePlus 9 Pro, OnePlus 9R, OnePlus 9RT, OnePlus 10R, OnePlus Nord 2, OnePlus Nord 2T, OnePlus Nord CE, OnePlus Nord CE 2, and the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite.
