New Xiaomi 11 Series Devices Officially Announced

Xiaomi today announced three new smartphones to the Xiaomi 11 series — the Xiaomi 11T Pro, Xiaomi 11T, and Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE. Yup, these latest smartphones don’t come with the “Mi” product branding as reported.

Xiaomi 11T Pro

The Xiaomi 11T Pro is the company’s latest flagship, as well as the company’s first smartphone to launch globally with the proprietary 120W Xiaomi HyperCharge technology. This technology will charge up the 5,000mAh battery to full in just 17 minutes.

Being the successor to the Mi 10T Pro, the Xiaomi 11T Pro sports a 120Hz 6.7-inch flat AMOLED DotDisplay, that’s a jump from last year’s IPS panel! Powering the phone is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.

In terms of camera, the phone comes with a triple-camera setup on the back — 108MP main + 8MP ultra-wide + 5MP telemacro. On top of that, it also comes with filmography capabilities with one-click AI Cinema modes, 8K recording, and HDR10+.

The Xiaomi 11T Pro will come in 3 stylish colors with a brushed finish — Meteorite Gray, Moonlight White, and Celestial Blue.

As for the Xiaomi 11T, it has the same 120Hz 6.7-inch flat AMOLED DotDisplay. In terms of chipset, the phone packs a MediaTek Dimensity 1200-Ultra processor with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The non-Pro model also comes with the same triple-camera setup on the back — 108MP main + 8MP ultra-wide + 5MP telemacro. It also gets the same video recording features as the Pro model.

The phone packs the same 5,000mAh battery, but it only supports 67W wired charging, which will get a full charge in around half an hour. The Xiaomi 11T also comes in 3 stylish colors with a brushed finish — Meteorite Gray, Moonlight White, and Celestial Blue.

Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE

The Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE is basically the updated version of the Mi 11 Lite that was announced earlier this year. It sports a 6.55-inch AMOLED DotDisplay with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by a 6nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage.

The Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE packs a triple-camera setup on the back — 64MP main + 8MP ultra-wide + 5MP telemacro. Xiaomi claims that the cameras deliver a flagship-grade performance with features like One-click AI cinema, Cinematic video filters, and a new Vlog mode. As for taking selfies, it comes with a 20MP front-facing camera.

The phone has a 4,250mAh battery and supports 33W fast charging that will power the phone throughout the day. It will be available in returning colors including Truffle Black, Bubblegum Blue, and Peach Pink, with an additional brand new color — Snowflake White, matte and frosted white similar to freshly fallen snow.

Unfortunately, Xiaomi Malaysia hasn’t revealed the official pricing and launch date of these phones yet. Stay tuned as we will keep you posted.
