Motorola e40 and Edge 20 Pro Officially Launched in Malaysia

Motorola is back! The company today has officially unveiled two latest addition to its smartphone family — the Motorola e40 and Motorola Edge 20 Pro.

The Motorola e40 is the company’s latest affordable smartphone. It sports a 6.5-inch IPS HD+ hole punch display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Powering the phone is a UNISOC T700 processor, not a familiar processor, together with 4GB RAM and 64GB expandable storage.

The Motorola e40 packs a triple-camera setup on the back — 48MP main + 2MP macro + 2MP depth. The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery that lasts up to 40 hours on a single charge.

Retailing at RM599, the Motorola e40 is now available at Lenovo Exclusive Stores (LES) and Lenovo’s Official Store on Shopee and Lazada.

The Motorola Edge 20 Pro packs the company’s most powerful camera system ever — a 108MP main camera that produces outstanding quality of 1/1.52” optical format using the Ultra Pixel technology. There’s also an 8MP 5x telephoto lens and 16MP ultra-wide camera to accompany the main camera. The phone also has a 32MP front camera for taking selfies.

The Motorola Edge 20 Pro sports a 6.7-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Powering the phone is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor with 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. The phone packs a 4,500mAh battery with 30W TurboPower charging that gives users 9 hours of power in just 10 minutes of charging.

In terms of availability, the phone will be available in Malaysia soon with an expected starting price of RM2,499.
