Two MINI Cooper S Countryman Sports Limited Edition Variants Now Available in Malaysia

MINI Malaysia has introduced two new limited editions of MINI Cooper S Countryman Sports — the Backline Package and Panoramic Sunroof.

The Cooper S Countryman Sports with Backline Package comes with a sportier and more stylistic appearance, featuring previously chromed elements such as the front grille and MINI emblems now in the elegant Piano Black offering. Only 38 units of this variant are available in Malaysia. As for the Cooper S Countryman Sports with Panoramic Sunroof, it enhances the thrilling sense of freedom that is guaranteed when behind the wheel of the MINI.

Both variants are powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine producing 192PS (189hp) from 5,000 to 6,000rpm and 280 Nm of torque between 1,350 and 4,600rpm. Zero to 100km/h takes 7.5 seconds with a top speed of 225km/h thanks to the seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.

The interior and remainder of the kit list are pretty much similar to the Sports, which includes:

The retail prices for both cars with Sales Tax Exemption (on the road for personal registration, without insurance) are:

• The MINI Cooper S Countryman Sports with Blackline Package: RM243,280.38 (RM2,778 per month)
• The MINI Cooper S Countryman Sports with Panoramic Sunroof: RM247,280.38 (RM2,828 per month)
