Microsoft has announced that pre-orders for the Surface Pro 8 will be open for pre-orders starting from now, whereas the Surface Pro 7+ will be available from the 8th of February 2022. For those who are not up to speed with the latest Surface products, here is a quick recap.
The Surface Pro 8 is the latest entry to the Pro lineup. It features a 13-inch PixelSense touchscreen that supports Dolby Vision and Adaptive Color Technology. It also has a 5MP front-facing camera, 10MP-4K rear-facing camera, Dolby Atmos sound, and dual far-field Studio microphones for the best experience. The device will come with Windows 11 straight out from the box.
The Surface Pro 7+ was made available for the commercial and education sector last year but Microsoft Malaysia decided that the device will be made available for general consumers too. The device is updated with the latest 11th Gen Intel Core processors, which are powerful yet power efficient. The Surface Pro 7+ also offers an array of ports for easy accessibility, with both USB Type-A and Type-C ports. In addition to that, the device also features 1080p front and rear-facing cameras with Dolby Atmos speakers and dual far-field Studio Microphones.
Both the Surface Pro 8 and Pro 7+ will be widely available from 15 February and 8 February respectively via commercial authorized resellers, Lazada, Shopee, and authorized resellers.
