A few months after the official launch of the A-Class Sedan, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia recently officially launched the power version — Mercedes-AMG A 35 4MATIC Sedan.
The new A 35 Sedan is fully imported, pricing at RM348,888 on-the-road without insurance. With this pricing, it comes with a four-year, unlimited-mileage warranty.
The car has a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine with 306 hp at 5,800 rpm and 400 Nm of torque from 3,000 to 4,000 rpm. The car also has a seven-speed AMG Speedshift 7G dual-clutch transmission with gear ratios tuned to improve acceleration at all speeds.
The A 35 Sedan also comes with AMG Performance 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system, zero to 100 km/h can be done in just 4.8 seconds.
The interior is pretty much similar to the normal A-Class, which has two 10.25-inch screens in a wide panel. It also comes with the Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) infotainment system and the “Hey Mercedes” Linguatronic voice control.
Joining the launch was the five-time Formula One World Champion, Lewis Hamilton, which just finished the race weekend in Singapore a couple of days ago.
