Meizu 21 Officially Launched in Malaysia

It has been quite a while since Meizu made waves in Malaysia, with the last mention of the brand dating back to 2017. However, breaking the silence, Meizu has recently introduced the Meizu 21 in Malaysia, boasting the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and the innovative Dynamic Ring.

The Meizu 21 sports a 6.55-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with up to 120Hz refresh rate. Powering the phone is the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage.

The phone features the Dynamic Ring, a multi-functional interactive ring light system that flashes different colors for notifications, incoming calls, charging, volume adjustment, and even games. That’s not all, the Dynamic Ring also lets users interact with dynamic lighting effects, including responding to commands like “I want to see a rainbow” or “I want to see fireworks” with corresponding colors, enhancing the user experience. It also features corresponding lighting effects when asked about the weather, providing an intuitive way to visualize current weather conditions. The Dynamic Ring represents a new era in AI technology, where innovation meets entertainment.

For its cameras, the Meizu 21 packs a triple-camera setup on the back — 200MP main + 13MP ultra-wide/macro + 5MP depth sensor. The camera system is co-optimized with Samsung’s stellar imaging algorithm, supporting P3 full-link color, utilizing new intelligent ISO Pro technology, and featuring multi-focal seamless lossless zoom technology. As for taking selfies, it has a 32MP front-facing camera.

The Meizu 21 packs a 4,800mAh battery that also supports 80W charging. Running on FlymeOS, the Meizu 21 comes in two storage options — 256GB and 512GB, priced at RM2,999 and RM3,299 respectively. You can get them via the company’s official store on both Lazada and Shopee.
