HUAWEI has officially confirmed that the Pura 80 Series will launch in Malaysia on July 24, featuring the HUAWEI Pura 80 Ultra and Pura 80 Pro, which incorporate the brand’s latest camera innovations and premium flagship design.
HUAWEI Pura 80 Ultra
The HUAWEI Pura 80 Ultra features the HUAWEI XMAGE imaging system with a Switchable Dual Telephoto Camera between 3.7x and 9.4x, complemented by a 50MP 1-inch Ultra Lighting HDR Camera with variable aperture, a 40MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 1.5M Spectral Channels Ultra Chroma Camera. On the front, it houses a 13MP wide-angle selfie camera with autofocus.
It comes with a 6.8-inch Full HD+ LTPO OLED display with an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate, protected by 2nd-generation Crystal Armour Kunlun Glass. The device is powered by the Kirin 9020 octa-core processor, paired with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. It packs a 5,170mAh battery with HUAWEI SuperCharge (Max 100W) and runs on EMUI 15.0. The device is rated IP68/IP69 for water and dust resistance.
HUAWEI Pura 80 Pro
Meanwhile, the HUAWEI Pura 80 Pro also features the HUAWEI XMAGE imaging system and the same durable 6.8-inch Full HD+ LTPO OLED display with adaptive 120Hz refresh rate and 2nd-generation Crystal Armour Kunlun Glass. It is powered by the Kirin 9020 processor, with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.
On the rear, it houses a 50MP 1-inch Ultra Lighting HDR Camera, a 40MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 48MP Ultra Lighting Macro Telephoto Camera, and a 1.5M Spectral Channels Ultra Chroma Camera, along with a 13MP wide-angle selfie camera. The Pura 80 Pro also comes with a 5,170mAh battery with HUAWEI SuperCharge (Max 100W) and runs on EMUI 15.0. It carries the same IP68/IP69 rating for water and dust resistance.
