HUAWEI is launching a new member in the MateBook family pretty soon — the HUAWEI MateBook 14s. Designed to be lightweight and cater to use at all-scenario, the laptop is coming soon on 28th October 2021.
The HUAWEI MateBook 14s sports a 14.2-inch 2.5K LTPS touch display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Powering the laptop is the new 11th Gen Intel Core H-series processor with the integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics.
The laptop comes with up to 1TB PCIe SSD and 16GB LPDDR4x RAM, though we are not sure which variant will be launched in Malaysia. It is also the very first laptop to be featured with the HUAWEI SOUND support and quad speakers with tweeters and woofers. As part of the HUAWEI ecosystem, the MateBook 14s is also equipped to perform Multi-Screen Collaboration with a wide range of HUAWEI devices.
In terms of I/O ports, the laptop comes with 2 USB-C ports (one of them is Thunderbolt 4), a USB 3.2 Gen1 port, an HDMI port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Just like other premium HUAWEI laptops, the MateBook 14s uses USB-C to charge its 60Wh battery.
Available in Spruce Green and Space Gray, the HUAWEI MateBook 14s is coming soon to Malaysia on 28th October 2021. Stay tuned as we’ll keep you posted about the pricing of it.
