HTC Malaysia recently revised the price of the U Ultra from RM2,999 to RM2,599. Well, guess what? The company now releases the HTC U Ultra Sapphire Glass Edition, a special edition variant of the U Ultra.
The U Ultra Sapphire Glass Edition comes with 128GB expandable storage (from 64GB). Additionally, the device now comes with a sapphire glass screen. In the meantime, the video below by JerryRigEverything shows how tough is the sapphire glass:
The rest of the specs are pretty similar to the regular U Ultra:
- 5.7-inch Quad HD Super LCD 5 display with a secondary display (2-inch, 160×1040) on top
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor

Finally, the HTC U Ultra Sapphire Glass Edition comes in the iconic Sapphire Blue color and retails at the price of RM2,999.
