HONOR has announced that the HONOR X9e Pro sold over 10,000 units on its first day of sales in Malaysia on Friday, 9 October 2026. The smartphone attracted strong interest from local consumers, with crowds gathering at HONOR Experience Stores nationwide to purchase the latest addition to the brand’s X Series.
The strong retail performance follows the HONOR X9e Pro’s pre-order success, with the device selling out across all platforms within seven days of its official launch. Its popularity has been further supported by durability demonstrations highlighting its 11,000mAh battery and water resistance, alongside promotional offers through telco partners.
The HONOR X9e Pro is available in four colour options: Royal Purple, Reddish Brown, Dawn Gold and Midnight Black. The 256GB variant, featuring 8GB of physical RAM and an additional 16GB of HONOR Turbo RAM, is priced at RM1,899, while the 512GB variant retails at RM2,399.
Customers purchasing the smartphone will receive a free gift bundle worth RM1,326. The bundle includes a RM100 instant rebate, a free HONOR Watch 6i, 730 days of front and back screen crack replacement, 730 days of liquid protection and a one-year extended warranty.
The device is available through HONOR Experience Stores nationwide, HONOR’s online store, its official flagship stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, as well as authorised dealers.
For consumers looking to purchase the HONOR X9e Pro through a telco plan, the 512GB variant is available from CelcomDigi, Maxis, redONE, U Mobile and Yes. Customers can get the smartphone for free with Maxis Postpaid 169, U Mobile ULTRA Family 128 and Yes Infinite+ Premium plans.
Alternatively, the HONOR X9e Pro is available from RM599 with CelcomDigi’s Pakej Mega Jimat plan, while redONE customers can purchase it for RM600 with the PowerGADGET 128 plan.
HONOR is also organising a series of roadshows to give Malaysians the opportunity to experience the smartphone’s durability, water resistance and battery endurance through interactive challenges. Following the event at Sunway Pyramid from 5 to 11 October 2026, the roadshow will continue at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur from 26 October to 1 November, followed by AEON Melaka Shopping Centre from 3 to 8 November.
Visitors who complete all the challenge stations will have the opportunity to receive free gifts, while selected challenges offer additional prizes. These include a chance to win 2g of gold by knocking down 10 HONOR X9e Pro units with beanbags within 11 seconds. Other activities involve picking up the smartphones from a water tank using 50cm-long chopsticks and completing a simulated battery-charging challenge within a set time.
Customers who purchase HONOR devices at the three roadshows will also be eligible for additional free gifts. Purchases of RM999 and above in a single receipt qualify for a lucky draw featuring prizes such as the HONOR Pad 10, HONOR Pad X7 and HONOR Headphones Pro. The total value of the lucky draw prizes exceeds RM130,000.
