HONOR X Series and MagicBook 16 Officially Launched

HONOR recently had officially launched the HONOR X series smartphones and MagicBook 16. These new devices are being showcased as products that have a great performance-to-price-ratio without any compromise on aesthetics.

There are four new HONOR X series smartphones shown in the event, which are the HONOR X9, X9 5G, X8 and X7. All these phones will run on Android 11 with Google Mobile Services (GMS). In addition to that, the MagicBook 16 is also joining the squad.

HONOR X Series

Firstly, the HONOR X9 is touted as a camera phone, it features a camera array that has a 64MP Quad Camera, an 8MP Wide Angle Camera, a 2MP Bokeh Camera, and a 2MP Macro Camera. It also supports 1080p video recording. The phone will also feature a 6.81-inch FullView Display with a 94% screen-to-body ratio. The phone is also powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It will be available in the shades of Titanium Silver, Ocean Blue, and Midnight Black.

Next up is the HONOR X9 5G version, imagine this version of the X9 as a beefier model. The X9 5G has all the features of the X9 but amped up with a 120Hz display panel and powered by a Snapdragon 695 5G processor. It will come in an 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage configuration with a selection of Titanium Silver, Ocean Blue, and Midnight Black.

The X8 features a 64MP quad-camera array which also includes a 5MP Wide Angle Camera for a better photography experience. The phone also features a 6.7-inch FullView display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 93.6% screen-to-body ratio. The X8 comes out of the box with a Qualcomm 680 processor fitted within it. The X8 will be available in 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage specification and they will come in either a shade of Titanium Silver, Ocean Blue, or Midnight Black.

The HONOR X7 is the baby in the HONOR X series, but it is nothing to be slept on. It features a 6.74-inch FullView display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 90% screen-to-body-ratio. The device will also have the Snapdragon 680 processor fitted to it. The X7 is available in 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage specification and will be in either a shade of Titanium Silver or Ocean Blue.

HONOR MagicBook 16

Besides the HONOR X series, HONOR also unveiled the HONOR MagicBook 16. This new iteration of the MagicBook features a 16-inch 1080p IPS panel with thin bezels and is capable of a 144Hz refresh rate. The MagicBook 16 comes fitted with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H processor, paired with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The MagicBook 16 will be available in its signature Space Gray color.
