HONOR has officially launched the HONOR Magic V5 in Malaysia, its latest flagship foldable device designed to push the boundaries of slimness and durability in a foldable form factor.
The HONOR Magic V5 is the slimmest foldable ever, measuring 8.8mm when folded and 4.1mm when unfolded, while maintaining IP58 and IP59 certifications for dust and water resistance. It features a 6.43-inch Full HD+ OLED 120Hz outer screen and a 7.95-inch Full HD+ OLED 120Hz inner screen, offering users a seamless transition between compact and tablet-like experiences.
Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, the Magic V5 features 16GB RAM, an additional 16GB HONOR RAM Turbo, and 512GB storage. The rear camera setup includes a 50MP ultra-wide camera, a 50MP main camera with OIS, and a 64MP telephoto camera with OIS. For selfies, the device features a 20MP front camera on both the outer and inner screens.
The foldable houses a 5,820mAh silicon-carbon battery that supports 66W wired HONOR SuperCharge and 50W wireless HONOR SuperCharge, ensuring fast and efficient charging for heavy usage. It runs on MagicOS 9.0.1 (based on Android 15), delivering a smooth and intuitive user experience.
Available in Dawn Gold, Silk Brown, Ivory White, and Black, the HONOR Magic V5 is priced at RM6,999 in Malaysia.
The pre-order period is now open until 24 July 2025, with customers receiving a Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 9 premium speaker worth RM1,299. Additionally, each HONOR Magic V5 comes with a Worry-Free 1-Year Crack Protection plan and a 2-Year Quality Assurance plan with each pre-order.
Besides the Magic V5, HONOR also announced the pricing of the HONOR Pad 10 5G and HONOR CHOICE Earbuds Clip, retailing at RM1,799 and RM499, respectively.
