Nokia 8.3 5G, Nokia 5.3, Nokia 1.3 & Nokia 5310

HMD Global, the home of Nokia phones, has announced a new 5G Nokia smartphone together with two other smartphones — the Nokia 8.3 5G, Nokia 5.3, and Nokia 1.3. Additionally, the company also introduced another addition to their “Originals” lineup — the Nokia 5310.

Nokia 8.3 5G

The Nokia 8.3 5G is Nokia’s first 5G smartphone that is added to the lineup. It’s the first smartphone to use the Qualcomm 5G RF Front end module, which is based on the Qualcomm Modular Platform. Nokia intends to make it a global device and also attempts to future-proof it as the phone is able to condense more than 40 different RF components into a single module. Besides that, it is also equipped with Nokia’s PureView quad camera with ZEISS optics. The phone is available in Polar Night – a color that takes inspiration straight from the Finnish arctic skies.

Nokia 5.3

Next up, Nokia 5.3 is Nokia’s bang-for-your-buck phone. It comes with a quad-camera, packed with the latest Qualcomm SNapdragon 665 Mobile Platform and a signature two-day battery life. The display of this phone is a large 6.55″ screen for video streaming and gaming. The phone runs on Android 10 and has Google Assistant support via its dedicated button.

Nokia 1.3

The Nokia 1.3 is Nokia’s latest entry-level addition, it is running the brand-new Android 10 (Go edition) OS. It is also among the first smartphones to be launched with Camera Go, which is loaded with low-light AI image fusion technology, Gallery Go and an edge-to-edge display. With the phone running on Android 10 (Go edition), Nokia 1.3 benefits from more processing power, more security and is also ready for Android 11 (Go edition).

Nokia 5310

The 5310 is the reimagining of the original Nokia 5130 Xpress Music from yesteryear. It retains the MP3 player and FM radio, combined with powerful, dual front-facing speakers. The phone remixes classic design with a slick new feel and battery that is built to last.
