ASUS Malaysia today officially launched the new Vivobook S 16 OLED (S5606) and Vivobook S 14 OLED (S5406). Both laptops are powered by the latest AI-enabled Intel Core Ultra processors and feature an ASUS Lumina OLED display.
Both laptops are powered by up to the latest Intel Core Ultra 7 processor with Intel Arc graphics, 16GB of LPDDR5X-7467 RAM, and 1TB of speedy PCIe 4.0 SSD. The ASUS IceCool cooling system uses two improved heat pipes, two 97-blade IceBlade fans, and two air vents, helping the laptops achieve a maximum TDP of 50W.
The Vivobook S 16 OLED sports a 16-inch 16:10 3.2K OLED display with up to 600 nits peak brightness, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, DisplayHDR True Black 600 certification, and 120Hz refresh rate. As for the Vivobook S 14 OLED, it sports a 14-inch 16:10 WUXGA OLED display with up to 600 nits peak brightness, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, DisplayHDR True Black 600 certification, and 60Hz refresh rate.
The stylish and comfortable ASUS ErgoSense keyboard now features customizable single-zone RGB backlighting, and there’s an extra-large ErgoSense touchpad. As with all ASUS Vivobook models, the user experience is prioritized: there’s a lay-flat 180° hinge, an IR camera with a physical shutter, a full complement of I/O ports, and immersive Dolby Atmos audio from the powerful Harman Kardon-certified
stereo speakers.
The ASUS Vivobook S 16 OLED and Vivobook S 14 OLED laptops will be available starting 29 April 2024 in two color options — Mist Blue and Black. Prices for the ASUS Vivobook S 16 OLED start from RM4,699, while the ASUS Vivobook S 14 OLED starts from RM4,399.
As part of the early bird campaign, customers purchasing the ASUS Vivobook S series will also receive a complimentary Sony SRS-XB100 Portable Wireless Speaker (worth RM259), while stocks last.
