CES 2021: ASUS TUF Dash F15 Gaming Laptop Officially Announced

The ASUS TUF Dash F15 gaming laptop is the company’s new super-slim gaming 15-inch laptop that represents a more portable, lightweight, and inclusive direction for the TUF Gaming Series. It uses the latest-gen processors up to an 11th Gen Intel Core i7-11375H CPU and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 GPU. Besides that, it supports up to 32GB of DDR4 memory and up to 1TB of storage.

As for battery life, the ASUS TUF Dash F15 has up to 16.6 hours of charge and takes only under 30 minutes to charge from 0% to 50%. It also supports Type-C charging of up to 100W and works with Thunderbolt 4 and USB4, making it compatible with the latest devices.

The heat generated from all this performance was dealt with measures for an advanced and comprehensive cooling system. Its form factor is one of the major challenges, however, there is a substantial heat spreader and five copper heat pipes that distribute thermal energy from the CPU, GPU, VRAM, and VRM into four heatsinks, each lined with thin fins that maximize surface area for heat dissipation and minimize resistance to airflow.

The design of the Dash F15 is made to be lighter and thinner than the standard TUG Gaming laptops, coming in at only 19.9mm thin and 2kg, while still meeting MIL-STD-810H military standards for durability. The Dash F15 shows TUF’s new design direction with a streamlined new look and feel. It comes in two colors, which are Moonlight White and Eclipse Gray that look both professional and understated.
