ASUS ROG Partners with ACRONYM on Special Edition Zephyrus G14

ASUS ROG has announced the collaboration with ACRONYM on special edition Zephyrus G14. ACRONYM is a leading technical apparel design agency, it is quite surprising, given both companies are from different industries collab. However, they share the same objective by creating the special edition ROG Zephyrus G14 laptop that has top-of-the-line hardware with a radical new vision for what technology can be.

ACRONYM was founded in 1994 by co-founder Errolson Hugh, who is a pioneer in the technical apparel industry. The company’s portfolio is extensive, dedicated to fusing a ‘singular’ lifestyle with technology. Whether it’s designing a product line for Nike or Arc’Teryx, ACRONYM has a proven track record as a visionary in the apparel industry with a commitment to sourcing top-notch materials to create utilitarian designs that go well beyond style.

The special edition Zephyrus G14 also has an ACRONYM naming scheme, which is simply called the ROG ZEPHYRUS G14 ACRNM RMT01. It is an aesthetic improvement of the base laptop and it is enhanced with several distinct visual features. The collaboration with a design agency like ACRONYM meant that there will be the usage of custom materials, etching, machining, specially developed paints, and two completely original typefaces. Everything was given the ACRONYM touch, even the design packaging is unique as it upholds ACRONYM’s philosophy of sustainability and functionality.

Internally, the laptop boasts an 8-core 16-thread AMD Ryzen 9 CPU, paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX2060 GPU, naturally, undoubtedly will have the power for content creation and also gaming. Its display is an IPS-display that is Pantone Validated for color accuracy and boasts Adaptive Sync for ultra-smooth gaming.
