ASUS Malaysia has introduced a refreshed No.1 Quality & Service Commitment, bringing together improved after-sales support, extended protection and premium ownership benefits for customers purchasing its latest laptops. The initiative is designed to give users greater peace of mind throughout the lifespan of their devices, from everyday reliability to after-sales service.
Among the highlights are up to 34 durability tests, a 2-year International Warranty paired with 2-year ASUS Perfect Warranty (Local Accidental Damage Protection), access to more than 1,000 service points, and a new ASUS ProCare programme that offers exclusive privileges for selected premium laptop models.
Up to 34 Durability Tests

ASUS says every laptop is put through an extensive series of durability tests before reaching consumers, with up to 34 different evaluations designed to simulate real-world usage and harsh environments.
These tests include accidental drops, extreme temperatures, liquid spills, chassis pressure and prolonged vibrations to ensure the laptops continue performing reliably under demanding conditions.

For example, the company tests its laptops against drops from approximately one metre, while temperature testing covers environments ranging from -33°C to 55°C. This helps verify that the devices can withstand both freezing climates and the intense heat experienced inside a parked car on a sunny day.
The spill resistance test evaluates the keyboard’s ability to prevent liquids from reaching sensitive internal components, while pressure testing checks whether the chassis can protect the display and internal hardware from heavy loads. ASUS also performs vibration testing to ensure the laptops remain stable after prolonged movement, such as during travel on uneven roads.
Two Years Warranty with Accidental Damage Protection
ASUS Malaysia is also expanding its warranty offering by bundling a 2-year International Warranty together with 2-year ASUS Perfect Warranty, which provides local accidental damage protection.
Available with ASUS and ROG laptops launched from 28 July onwards, the coverage is intended to reduce unexpected repair costs caused by common accidents such as drops, liquid spills and electrical surges, giving users added confidence when using their laptops daily.
Easier Access to Support Across Malaysia
To make repairs more convenient, ASUS has established a support network comprising over 1,000 service points nationwide, while international coverage extends to more than 90 countries and regions.
Customers can send their laptops for servicing through authorised ASUS Service Centres or participating Pos Malaysia branches. Those who prefer not to visit a service location can also make use of ASUS’ Pick-up & Return (PUR) Service, where a courier collects the laptop from the customer’s doorstep before returning it once repairs are completed.
ASUS ProCare Introduces Premium Ownership Benefits

Alongside the updated warranty and support programme, the company is introducing ASUS ProCare for owners of newly launched ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S and ROG laptops released from 28 July onwards.
One of the main benefits is Unlimited 360 Cleaning & Maintenance, a complimentary service that helps keep laptops performing optimally throughout ownership.
The maintenance process consists of ten service steps, including internal and external inspections, dust removal, thermal paste replacement, cooling system optimisation, operating system recovery when necessary, battery health assessment and comprehensive hardware diagnostics.
Eligible customers will also receive Priority Service, allowing them to skip the standard queue through a dedicated priority lane at authorised ASUS Service Centres.
A Stronger Focus on the Ownership Experience

Rather than focusing solely on hardware specifications, the company says the latest initiative aims to improve the overall ownership experience by combining product durability, extended protection, accessible after-sales support and exclusive value-added services.
With tougher reliability testing, broader warranty coverage and new ProCare privileges, ASUS is looking to offer customers greater confidence when investing in its latest laptops, whether they’re students, professionals, creators or gamers.
