ASUS ExpertBook B9 (B9450) Officially Launched

ASUS Malaysia has just unveiled the world’s lightest 14″ business laptop — the ASUS ExpertBook B9 (B9450). Weighing at just 870g and measuring at 14.9mm thin, ASUS managed to fit a 14-inch into a 13-inch-class chassis.

The laptop sports a 14-inch IPS Full HD NanoEdge display with a 94% screen-to-body ratio, thanks to the slim bezels. Powering the laptop is the latest 10th Gen Intel Core processor with two ultrafast 2TB PCIe 3.0 x4 SSDs and up to 16GB of RAM.

The laptop comes with two Thunderbolt 3 USB-C ports and an HDMI port. Additionally, it also comes with ASUS NumberPad 2.0 built into the touchpad for fast data entry. In addition to being built to last with military-grade durability, the B9 takes security seriously with an integrated Trusted Platform Module 2.0 (TPM) security chip to keep business-critical data safe, while a built-in IR camera allows for biometric logins for personal privacy.

The laptop also comes with top-notch audio, thanks to four omnidirectional far-field microphones, smart amplifier technology, and Harman Kardon-certified speakers. The microphones on the upper bezel of the display capture voice clearly and feature noise cancellation to optimize your video conferences. The ASUS Golden Ear team worked with renowned audio experts Harman Kardon to ensure ExpertBook B9 provides true surround-sound cinema-quality audio.

The ExpertBook B9 comes with either 4-cell 66Wh battery or 2-cell 33Wh battery. It comes with a 65W AC adapter charge via USB-C, which can fast-charge up to 60% in 39 minutes.
