It’s finally coming! Mi Malaysia has just announced that the Mi 5 will be available on 18 June at the price of RM 1,549.
Announced at MWC 2016 earlier this year, the Mi 5 is the latest flagship from the company. Malaysia will be getting the base version — Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor (1.8 GHz) with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage.
The Mi 5 now comes with a dedicated home button doubled up as a fingerprint sensor. The device has a 3D glass back design like the Mi Note. Display wise, rt sports a 5.15-inch Full HD 16 LED light display and the device looks almost no side bezels.
The Mi 5 has a 16 MP camera with f/2.0 aperture, PDAF and 4-axis OIS. On the front, we have the same 4 MP UltraPixel camera like the Mi Note. The device is running on MIUI 7 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
