vivo X300 Series Goes Official with Dimensity 9500

vivo X300 Series

vivo has officially launched its new X300 Series, comprising the compact vivo X300 and the flagship vivo X300 Pro. Both smartphones are powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC and bring major upgrades in design, imaging, and performance.

The X300 Pro features a Zeiss triple rear camera setup, led by a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor with gimbal OIS, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide camera, and a new 200MP Samsung HPB telephoto sensor. On the front is another 50MP JN1 sensor for selfies.

It sports a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. The device packs a 6,510mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. Other highlights include dual stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 6.0, USB-C 3.2, IP68/IP69 rating, and Android 16-based OriginOS 6.

The vivo X300 Pro is available in Black, Brown, Blue, and White.

The smaller X300 offers a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO panel (120Hz) and a 200MP main camera, paired with a 50MP telephoto and 50MP ultrawide lens. It’s also powered by the Dimensity 9500, with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.

It houses a 6,040mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, weighs 190g, and measures 7.95mm thin. Like the Pro, it includes an IP68/IP69 rating, an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and OriginOS 6 on Android 16.

The vivo X300 is available in multiple color options — Black, Blue, Pink, and Purple.
