Remember the ZenFone 3 Laser and ZenFone 3 Max? Well, it seems that ASUS has merged both devices together and came up with the new ZenFone 3 Max. The 5.5-inch ZenFone 3 Max is now available in Malaysia, pricing at RM999.
The new ZenFone 3 Max is now even more powerful, it still has the same 4,100mAh battery, though. The phone sports a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display covered by a 2.5D contoured glass. Instead of MediaTek processor, the new ZenFone 3 Max is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor with 3GB RAM and 32GB expandable storage.
The device also packs a 16MP camera with TriTech AF system (2nd-gen laser auto-focus, phase detection auto-focus, and continuous auto-focus). Selfie wise, there’s an 8MP front-facing shooter.
The new ZenFone 3 Max (ZC553KL) is basically a combination of the previous ZenFone 3 Max and ZenFone 3 Laser. It’s also a ZenFone 3 with a bigger battery but less powerful processor.
