Samsung has officially pulled the wraps off the Galaxy S26 series, refining its flagship formula with slimmer designs, more powerful silicon, deeper Galaxy AI integration, and a clearer visual identity across the lineup. The series consists of three models—the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and the Galaxy S26 Ultra—all sharing a unified design language and a fresh selection of colors.
Across the board, the Galaxy S26 series is available in Black, Cobalt Violet, Sky Blue, and White, with Silver Shadow and Pink Gold offered as online exclusives.
Galaxy S26 Ultra
At the top of the lineup sits the Galaxy S26 Ultra, which marks Samsung’s slimmest Ultra device to date at just 7.9mm thick. Despite the slimmer profile, it switches to Armor Aluminum in place of titanium, tipping the scales at 214g, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Armor 2. Powering the Ultra is the 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy, paired with Samsung’s customized processing enhancements such as ProScaler and mDNIe, alongside a redesigned vapour chamber for improved thermal dissipation.
Charging sees a notable bump, with 60W Super Fast Charging 3.0 delivering up to 75% in 30 minutes, complemented by 25W wireless charging. The 6.9-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display peaks at 2,600 nits, while the 5,000mAh battery keeps things running all day.
On the imaging side, Samsung has upgraded the optics with brighter apertures and improved low-light video. The rear camera system consists of a 50MP ultra-wide, 200MP wide, 10MP 3x telephoto, and a 50MP 5x telephoto. Front camera remains the same 12MP unit. Video creators get expanded tools like Super Steady Video, professional APV recording up to 8K@30fps, and enhanced selfie performance powered by an upgraded AI ISP and Object Aware Engine. Creative Studio, driven by Galaxy AI, allows users to add and edit content directly from the Gallery using prompts, while Audio Eraser now works across third-party apps like YouTube, Netflix, and Instagram.
The Ultra also debuts Samsung’s Privacy Display, described as the world’s first on a smartphone, offering partial-screen notification masking for maximum discretion. Galaxy AI features continue to evolve with Now Nudge, Now Brief, and Now Bar, delivering real-time suggestions, personalized summaries, and contextual shortcuts. There’s also deeper automation through agentic app actions, smarter Circle to Search that can recognise multiple objects at once, and an upgraded Bixby Intelligent Device Agent. Memory options go up to 16GB RAM, with storage configurations of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB.
Galaxy S26+
The Galaxy S26+ carries the same refined Armor Aluminum design and color options, but in a slightly more compact form. It features a 6.7-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display and is powered by Samsung’s new 2nm Exynos 2600 chipset. A 4,900mAh battery supports 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0 and 20W wireless charging.
Camera hardware on the S26+ includes a 12MP ultra-wide, 50MP wide, 10MP 3x telephoto, and a 12MP selfie camera, paired with 12GB RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of storage. It’s clearly positioned as a balanced flagship for users who want premium features without stepping up to Ultra territory.
Galaxy S26
Rounding out the lineup is the Galaxy S26, which shares the same design language and Exynos 2600 platform in a more compact body. It comes with a 6.3-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display and a 4,300mAh battery, supporting 25W wired and 15W wireless charging. The camera setup mirrors the S26+ with a 12MP ultra-wide, 50MP wide, 10MP 3x telephoto, and 12MP selfie camera combo, alongside 12GB RAM and 256GB or 512GB storage options.
