Familiar Design
At 7.4mm thin (S24 FE 8mm) and weighing just 190g (S24 FE 213g), the Galaxy S25 FE is slim and easy to handle. The 6.7-inch Full HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display provides a smooth viewing experience with Vision Booster, 1,900 nits of peak brightness, and slimmer bezels for an even more immersive feel.
It’s also reinforced with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+, giving the phone the same durability as Samsung’s top-tier devices. Unlike the previous S24 FE, the S25 FE features an Enhanced Armor Aluminum frame, similar to the S25 and S25+. The back glass now also uses matte glass, instead of clear glass from its predecessor.
Performance & Camera

Under the hood, the S25 FE is powered by the 4nm Exynos 2400 processor paired with 8GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. Thanks to a 10% larger vapor chamber than its predecessor and the liquid thermal interface material, the phone is better equipped to handle demanding tasks like gaming and multitasking without overheating.
The rear camera setup is the same as its predecessor: a 50MP main camera, 12MP ultra-wide lens, and 8MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom. It now has a 12MP front camera carried over from the S25. With the ProVisual Engine, the phone promises crisp details, enhanced night shots, and improved overall image processing.
The 4,900mAh battery is slightly larger than last year’s model (4,700mAh) and supports 45W wired charging for quick top-ups. With Samsung’s improved efficiency, users can expect reliable all-day performance. The phone also retains IP68 water and dust resistance.
Galaxy AI
Running on One UI 8 (Android 16), the Galaxy S25 FE comes loaded with the latest Galaxy AI features. Tools like Instant Slow-Mo, Generative Edit, and Audio Eraser enhance creativity, while Gemini AI, Now Bar, and Now Brief make day-to-day tasks smarter and more convenient.
Pricing & Availability
Available in Navy, Jetblack, Icyblue, and White, the Galaxy S25 FE will go on sale in Malaysia starting 19 September 2025. Pricing is RM3,099 (256GB) and RM3,699 (512GB).
First Thoughts
The Galaxy S25 FE carries the DNA of the Galaxy S25 series without the premium price tag. With its slim design, capable hardware, and Galaxy AI integration, it looks like a balanced option for users who want the latest Samsung experience without going all-in on the most expensive models. Stay tuned, as we will be using the phone for some time and will come back to you with a full review.
