It’s that time of the year again where the new Galaxy S devices make its debut. This time around, there are three Samsung Galaxy S10 devices — Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, and Galaxy S10e. And just less than four hours after its global debut, the company had also unveiled these devices in Malaysia.
These three devices share the same Dynamic AMOLED panel, which is the successor to Super AMOLED with HDR10+ support. Additionally, these devices also come with the Infinity-O Display, which packs an array of sensors and camera technology into a hole-in display.
Samsung Galaxy S10
The Galaxy S10 sports a 6.1-inch QHD+ curved display with Dynamic AMOLED tech and an ultrasonic fingerprint reader under the screen. Powering the phone is an Exynos 9820 processor with up to 8GB RAM and 512GB storage.
The phone packs triple cameras on the back — 12MP F2.4 telephoto with OIS + 12MP F1.5/F2.4 wide-angle with OIS and SuperSpeed Dual Pixel AF + 16MP F2.2 ultra wide (123°). Selfie wise, it has a 10MP F1.9 front-facing shooter.
The phone has a 3,400mAh battery that supports fast wired and wireless charging. It also comes with Wireless PowerShare feature, a reverse wireless charging feature.
Samsung Galaxy S10+
As for the Galaxy S10+, it is pretty much the same as the Galaxy S10. The phone has a bigger 6.4-inch QHD+ curved Dynamic AMOLED display with the same in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Its Infinity-O cutout is also bigger as it has a dual-front camera setup — 10MP F1.9 + 8MP F2.2 RGB depth sensor.
It has the same power as well, though there’s also a 12GB RAM model. Rear cameras are the same too — 12MP F2.4 telephoto with OIS + 12MP F1.5/F2.4 wide-angle with OIS and SuperSpeed Dual Pixel AF + 16MP F2.2 ultra wide (123°).
The phone, however, has a bigger 4,100mAh battery that also supports fast wired and wireless charging, as well as Wireless PowerShare.
Samsung Galaxy S10e
The Galaxy S10e is probably the one many people talking about. It has a 5.8-inch Full HD+ flat Dynamic AMOLED display. The phone doesn’t have an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint reader, Samsung opted for the side-mounted one, which doubles up as the power button.
In terms of camera, the Galaxy S10e has a dual-camera setup on the back — 12MP F1.5/F2.4 wide-angle with OIS and SuperSpeed Dual Pixel AF + 16MP F2.2 ultra wide (123°). Selfie wise, it has the same 10MP front camera as the Galaxy S10.
The phone has the same power as the rest of the Galaxy S10 devices, but the base model has 6GB RAM. Juicing up the phone is a 3,100mAh battery, which also supports fast wired and wireless charging, as well as Wireless PowerShare.
Samsung Galaxy Buds
The Galaxy Buds offer a supreme listening experience, with sound by AKG. Enhanced Ambient Sound allows you to hear your surroundings clearly even while the buds are in your ears, so you can remain aware of your environment at the same time as you take a phone call or listen to your favorite tunes. Premium sound extends to the sound of your voice, as well. The Adaptive Dual Microphone uses one inner microphone and one outer microphone in each earbud, so you can deliver your voice clearly in both loud and quiet environments.
Availability
The pre-order of these three devices has already begun from 22nd February 2019, but the phones sold out immediately. These three devices will be available in Prism White, Prism Black, and Prism Green. The Galaxy S10+ will also be available in two, all-new, premium Ceramic models: Ceramic Black and Ceramic White.
