It’s that time of the year again when Samsung will announce the brand new Galaxy A series. Unlike last year, Samsung only announced two devices this year — Galaxy A34 5G and Galaxy A54 5G. Both phones have the same design language as the Galaxy S23 series, which has a cleaner three-camera ring design.

Surprisingly, the Galaxy A34 5G is the bigger phone of the duo. It sports a 6.6-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen also supports an enhanced Vision Booster that will keep up with users as they move between different lighting conditions.
Powering the phone is a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. In terms of cameras, the phone packs a triple-camera setup on the back — 48MP main with OIS + 8MP ultra-wide + 5MP macro. It also has a 13MP front camera for taking selfies.
The Galaxy A34 5G will be available in four color options, including Awesome Lime, Awesome Graphite, Awesome Violet, and Awesome Silver. The phone runs on One UI 5.1 on top of Android 13 and Samsung also guarantees up to four generations of OS upgrades and five years of security updates. Other features include a 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging and IP67 rating dust and water protection.
