Recently, Xiaomi announced the Redmi Go in Malaysia. The Redmi Go is Xiaomi’s iteration of an Android Go smartphone, which comes equipped with useful software and efficient hardware.
The phone is equipped with a 5.0” HD display, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 chipset, and a 3,000mAh battery. The camera is a single lens setup with 8MP and a 5MP front camera. The phone also supports dual-SIM and has a MicroSD slot that supports up to 128GB for later storage upgrades.
The Android Go program was a program launched by Google, intended to create affordable smartphones running on a highly efficient version of Android, whereby Google apps are optimized to reduce storage and data use.
