The OPPO Reno and Reno 10x Zoom are the latest smartphones to join OPPO’s lineup of photography orientated smartphones. The Reno series is targeted at a younger audience and created for consumers who have a different perspective.
Its 10x Hybrid Zoom is accompanied by other features like low light photography, artistic portraits, enhanced music, and sound quality, fast charging and a top-level optimization system for consumers to fully utilize the phone to realize their artistic vision.
OPPO’s design language is fully utilized by the Reno 10x Zoom, featuring a full panoramic screen, boasting a huge 6.6-inch OLED display, this is achieved with the front-facing camera being concealed within the phone. The glass back with a slight curvature for better grip comes in two different colors, Ocean Green and Jet Black. There is also a fingerprint sensor hidden under the screen.
The Reno 10x is equipped with a full focal length tri-lens rear camera, that has a 48MP primary lens, a 13MP telephoto, and an 8MP wide angle lens. Professional night shots are possible as the Reno comes equipped with Sony’s 48MP IMX586 sensor.
As for hardware, the phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage, and a 4,065mAh battery. OPPO VOOC 3.0 fast charging technology allows the Reno 10x Zoom to have low voltage fast charging while gaming or streaming videos, without emitting excess heat or limiting performance.
The Reno series runs on the latest ColorOS 6.0, which is designed and optimized for use on borderless displays and provides a more immersive and balanced user experience via customized UI layout, colors, fonts, and other key features.
The price of OPPO Reno is RM1,999 while the Reno 10x Zoom variant will be RM3,399. The standard variant will start selling on 28th May 2019 at your nearest OPPO Concept Store, Official Dealers and online at OPPO’s official website and online stores as well as from telco partners, namely, Celcom, Digi, and Maxis, just to name a few.
