As reported two weeks ago, the OPPO Find X has finally made its official debut in Malaysia! Being the latest flagship by the Chinese company, the Find X packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
The phone sports a 6.4-inch Full HD+ dual-curved OLED display, which has a screen to body ratio of 93.8%. Unlike most flagship devices in 2018, the phone doesn’t come with a notch.
You can’t find the front facing camera either, as the top portion of the phone will motorize up and show the 25MP front camera, as well as the 16MP + 20MP dual-rear camera. Additionally, the phone doesn’t come with a fingerprint sensor, which means you have to rely on the 3D facial scanner in that pop-up camera assembly.
The OPPO Find X runs on ColorOS 5.1 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. Surprisingly, the phone also supports Android P beta program. The Find X also has a 3,730mAh battery with VOOC Flash Charging supported.
Meanwhile, OPPO has also showcased the Find X with transparent back, mainly to show how the motorized mechanism works.
Retailing at RM3,699, the OPPO Find X will be available for pre-order from now onwards. Every pre-order will come with the WeLoop Neo fitness tracker as a gift. The phone will be available for purchase on August 5th, in Bordeaux Red and Glacier Blue.
Furthermore, the company has also showcased the Automobili Lamborghini Edition, which might be heading to our market.
Generally, the Automobili Lamborghini Edition comes with a carbon fiber back and Lambo badge. The phone also supports Super VOOC charging, which charges its 3,400mAh battery from 0-100% in 35 minutes. Lastly, the special edition does come with a massive 512GB internal storage.
