OnePlus has just officially announced the upgraded OnePlus 3 — OnePlus 3T. The OnePlus 3T is now powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, replacing the Snapdragon 820 processor in the older OnePlus 3.
The OnePlus 3T still has 6GB RAM, but now comes in either 64GB or 128GB storage option. Despite having the new “Gunmetal” color option, the OnePlus 3T still has the same 5.5-inch Full HD Optic AMOLED display.
Camera wise, the device still has the same 16MP rear camera, with an added sapphire crystal cover for improved scratch protection. The front-facing camera, however, is now a 16MP unit with Samsung 3P8SP sensor, while the pixel size has shrunk from 1.4µm to 1.0µm.
The OnePlus 3T also has a bigger battery — 3,400mAh, 400mAh more than the OnePlus 3. The device still supports Dash Charge though.
Unfortunately, there’s no words on its availability in Malaysia at the moment, but it’ll cost more than the OnePlus 3. Meanwhile, do check over our OnePlus 3 review here.
