Just recently, Lenovo had announced the ThinkPad X13s, which is a collaboration with Qualcomm and Microsoft. It is the first laptop to be powered by the Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 compute platform, running on Windows 11 Pro.
The ThinkPad X13s boasts itself as a highly battery efficient, ultra-slim, and light device that can excel in daily computing and productivity on the go. The device comes with incredible battery life, rated up to 28 hours, enhanced 5G connectivity options, and app support from the Microsoft App Assure program.
The ThinkPad X13s is designed and built to conserve more energy during usage and within the manufacturing process. It is made from 90% of certified recycled magnesium, mixed in with 97% PCC plastic in certain components. Lenovo also uses a low-temperature solder method that reduces carbon emissions by up to 35%. Lenovo believes that reducing power-hungry components will in turn reduce the need of using external power for charging.
